Please include the email address connected to your Medetatio account.
After receiving your request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, payment, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account. You must submit an account deletion request by email or use any in-app deletion option if one becomes available.

You can also use the existing Medetatio account deletion form. If the form does not work, email privacy@firstborns.org with the subject line “Delete My Account.”
If you have an active subscription through Apple or Google, deleting your Medetatio account may not automatically cancel your app store subscription. You may need to cancel the subscription separately through Apple or Google.
